We are the Body of Christ, and we all have a part to play to edify the body. Here at Victory, we want you to be a part of building up the body of Christ, growing, and serving in the ministry or on the team that fits your gifts, talents, and heart's desire. There are many ways for you to "grow and build" the Body of Christ here at Victory. There is something for everyone. Life Group Ministry
Men's Ministry
In a culture where we as men are constantly being emasculated, the Men's ministry of Victory Church is dedicated to seeing men of all ages become Christ-like men "after God's own heart" in all areas of our lives: spiritually, personally, and relationally. The men around here love to eat, so we enjoy fellowship with other men as well as a good hog-roast! There are a few primary ways that we do this: Men's Life Groups, Ironmen, and The Men's Enoucnter. Ladies Ministry
Kids' Rock Ministries:
Kids' Rock Ministries organizes and directs all of the programs, camps, curricula, and special events that Victory Church offers to children ages birth through 11 years old. To join Kids' Rock Ministry, contact Pastor Charlie at the church office.
Youth Ministry
The Edge Youth Ministry is a powerful time for young people where everyone is received in love, where teens are equipped and trained to fulfill their destiny and revolutionize their world, and where young people are allowed to bless and impact others by serving in ministry. In order to create an environment of safety, accountability, and family, each leader of The Edge has the honor and responsibility to partner with parents and mentor young people by calling them once a week, fasting and praying for them, and having a monthly small group "outing". If you would like to become a leader in The Edge, come and check us out for a month, fill out an application, and we'll get you plugged in!
College Ministry
Our deal is simple, we meet with college aged people. Our heart is to ignite a passion in the hearts of college-aged young people that will cause them not to waste their lives. We would love for you to join our leadership team. Come be a part of planning events, outreaches, activities for Hard Core, and ministering to hurting college-aged young people who desperately need to know Christ. If you would like to join Hard Core, come and check us out on a Thursday night at 7:30pm.
Singles Ministry
This is one of the most dynamic groups at Victory! If you are single, you have got to be a part of this ministry. Get ready to grow in your walk with Christ and develop healty, godly relationships with other singles. Join us at our next event, we'd love to see you!
Jehova Java ~ Coffee Shop
Stop by the Victory Coffee Shop, Jehova Java for a cup of Starbuck's coffee and some Christian fellowship. If you need a "pick me up" try our highly recommended expresso or a selection of fresh pastries and light snacks. On Wednesday night come and join us for a light and quick dinner before the church service. We would love to have you join our team as well! FIT ~ First Impressions Team
Usher/Greeter Team

Communion Team

Traffic Control Team
The traffic control team is responsible for directing and maintaining the traffic and pedestrian flow in and out of the parking lot. If you enjoy assisting the elderly, this is the ministry for you! Contact Pastor Buddy at the church office if you would like to join our team.
Welcome Center Team
Can you say, "How can I help you?" with a smile and a concern for helping people? Then this is your ministry. Assist people in finding their way around Victory Church. Contact Pastor Buddy at the church office if you would like to join our team.
Media Center Team
Are you a computer wizard? Do you enjoy burning cd's and selling books and other materials? This is your fit then. Help out on either Sunday's or Wednesday's and come be a part of a fun team. Contact Pastor Buddy at the church office if you would like to join our team.
Cleaning Team
Come and Join us in cleaning our beautiful church, serve the Lord and have fun doing it! Bring the whole family or get away by yourself for a couple hours a week. Contact Pastor Buddy at the church office if you would like to join our team.
Guest Reception Team
Join one of the most exciting areas of service...meeting visitors to our church. If you have a heart for meeting people and helping them find a connection, then this is the place for you. Call Charli Gorodon in the church office if you would like to become a part of this dynamic team.
New Member Reception Team
Join a family serving the family. You will meet with our prospective new members and share with them your experiences with Victory and all of the things going on. You will also help serve fabulous deserts...and get to eat some too. Call Charli Gordon in the church office to join our team.

SALT Team ~ Sound Audio Lighting Tech Team
If you are interested in helping mix sound at the board, learning the audio/visual switcher system, cameras, lights, and all the dynamics that make for a powerful worship service, we'd love for you to lend a hand. Contact Charli Gordon in the Church office.
Choir
Come be a part of the music ministry at Victory Church by growing your talent and developing friendships. The choir meets on Monday evenings. Contact Darren Rolle to join our amazing choir.
Praise and Worship Team
This ministry provides praise and worship for the church services on Sundays and Wednesdays, as well as special events. Our heart is to usher God's people into the throne room of God and to worship Him "in Spirit and in truth". We would love for you to join us in worshiping our Lord. If you would like to be a part of the worship team, grab an application from the Welcome Center, auditions are coming soon!
