ADULT MINISTRIES:
Ladies Encounter Registration:
We will begin registration for the Fall Ladies Encounter on Sunday, August 29th! The cost of the weekend is $115, and it's all-inclusive. A deposit of $50 will hold your spot, but space is limited to the first 25 deposits. The classes begin Tuesday, September 21st in room 211 and the Encounter weekend is October 15th-17th.
Victory 201:
This second step in our Victory Growth track is designed to help you understand what Victory Church believers are the essentials of faith, and is open to anyone who wants to continue on the journey toward full devotion to Jesus Christ. So, please join us Wednesday evening, September 8th in the Vista Room at 7:00 p.m.
L.O.V.E. Women:
Ladies, mark your calendar for Saturday, September 11th, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Mary Aguillard will be our special guest speaker for L.O.V.E. Women. Mary will bring a compelling word about the greatest lies women tell - including "I'm okay". Tickets are $1 at the Adult Life Ministry kiosk. Please join us for a time of worship, the Word and brunch! You won't want to miss it!
Financial Peace University:
We are starting up a new class beginning Sunday, September 12th in room 211 at 8:30 a.m. This course will teach you how to handle finances God's way! Dave Ramsey teaches good principles to pay off debt, to live within your means, and to use funds the way God desires. For more information about the class or to sign-up, please see Tom Willson at the Adult Life Ministries kiosk.
5 Aspects of Women Information Meeting:
There will be an information meeting Sunday, September 19th during 2nd service in room 212. 5 Aspects is an in-depth Bible study about how God created our feminine nature and what sin has done to us as women. Not a "how to" course, but "a way of thinking" course. There is no cost for the class, but you will need to purchase a workbook and textbook for $45. Come and learn more.
Men's Encounter Registration:
We will begin registration for the Fall Men's Encounter on Sunday, September 12th at the Adult Life Ministries kiosk. The cost for the weekend is $115, and it's all-inclusive. A deposit of $50 will hold your spot and space is limited to the first 25 deposits. Classses begin Tuesdays, October 5th in room 210.
Marriage Enrichment 101:
This class is for engaged and married couples wanting to learn more about God's vision for marriage. Classes will be on Thursday, September 16th in room 211. If you are interested in getting married at Victory Church this class is a requirement. Victory Production Team:
We're looking for new technicians for the Victory Production Team! If you have an interest in audio, lighting and cameras, we can train you and get you involved in making our church services the best they can be. STUDENT MINISTRY
Children's Ministry:
There will be a teach training on Sunday, September 19th at 12:45-2:30 p.m. in the Edge, room 218. If you are currently teaching in the Children's Ministry or if you would like to come and learn how to teach, then please plan on coming to our training. The Edge - New Service Time!
The Edge's middle school and high school services have merged to one night. All youth attending middle or high school are invited to attend The Edge every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. The Edge Cafe opens at 6:15 p.m. and remains open after service until 9:00. See you there!
